INFORMATION WEB PRIVACY TO THE SENSE OF ARTICLE of Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and d.gls.196/2016

With this we inform you that from 25 May 2018 the EU Regulation 2016/679 (c.d. Gdpr) that integrates and partially replaces the d.lgs. 196/2003 called The Code on Protection for Personal Data. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED, RIGHT TO THE PORTITY – RIGHT TO RECLAMO– You are granted specific rights, such as: the confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you with the owner of the treatment, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; the right to obtain an indication of the origin of personal data and the purpose and manner of electronic and/or paper processing; the owner’s identification details, and any culprits under art. 28 of the Regulation; updating, rectifying, or, when you are interested in it, data integration; cancellation of them; You have the right to object, in all or part, to legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning it, although relevant to the purpose of the collection and processing of personal data concerning it. In addition to the rights listed above as an interested person, within the limits of the new European Regulation, you may also exercise the rights to restrict treatment, to oppose it and the right to portability only for the personal data you provide to the controller under art. 20 of the regulation mentioned. We also inform you that the basis of the Privacy Code and the new European Regulation may propose actions to protect your rights before the Data Protection Authority or an appeal to the Court of Justice, c.d. complaint provided by art. 77 of that regulation. Finally, it is informed that, to the extent that it is deemed applicable to the processing of the data concerned, it may exercise a right to withdraw consent to the processing of data by communicating that revocation to the controller of the treatment.
